為進一步加強軟城市文化建設，實現“環境優先、生態立市、文化同行”的城市建設目標，提升城市旅游服務品質,以“藝術介入”營造良好的全域旅游示范區創建氛圍，并以此推動深圳市乃至全國公共藝術的良性發展，我們定于2019年10月～12月，舉行2019第三屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術優秀作品展的作品征集。
  In order to develop the Soft City—an urban goal of“Environment priority,Eco development,Culture everywhere”that helps improve the quality of tourism,create a good atmosphere that advances tourism with art,and promotes Shenzhen and China’s public art development—the city of Shenzhen is calling on local,national,and international artists for 2019 3rd Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Public Art Exhibition.Entries are open now till late November 2019.

  本次活動采用面向社會公開征集入選30件公共藝術作品。凡認同本次主題和宗旨，具有公共藝術創作能力的國內外藝術家、設計師個人及團隊均可報名參加，不限國別、民族、年齡、性別。
  The event is open to professional artists,designers,groups or individuals.The 30 art works will be selected.There is no limitation on country,nationality,agesand gender.All the submissions should support the event theme.
  作品要求
  Entry requirements
  1．主題闡釋:作品主題以藝術介入全域旅游為基本理念，展開對全域旅游涉及的公共藝術作品的組織創作和選拔，作品類別包括：
  （1）公共藝術·交互藝術
  （交互投影、數字沙盤、增強/虛擬現實、動態影像、動力裝置及沉浸式空間藝術等）
  （2）公共藝術·公共雕塑
  （城市雕塑、景觀雕塑和園林小品等）
  （3）公共藝術·建筑景觀
  （藝術構筑物、園藝、水景和地景藝術等）
  （4）公共藝術·公共設施
  （藝術家具、花器、燈飾照明、導向設施、游樂設施、健身設施、環衛設施等）
  2．參賽作品要求作者擁有作品全部的知識產權，作品需具備原創性、藝術性、公共性、國際性、創新性和可實施性。
  3．作品征稿一律采用網上報名的方式，參賽作者應在(北京時間11月25日24時前)將填寫完整的《2019第三屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術優秀作品展報名登記表》以及報名作品的相關資料發至組委會指定郵箱diaosunet 163.com（文件命名：姓名、“琵鷺杯”活動報名）
  4．參賽資料要求：
  （1）每位作者提交至少2～3件作品的圖片，作品的圖片要與作品說明對應，明確清晰；
  （2）每件作品提供三個拍攝角度（新媒體藝術作品需提供能清晰表達作品的視頻或其它文件）的資料供評委會評選；
  （3）組裝作品要有清楚明了的安裝圖；
  （4）發送郵箱的所有電子版相關圖片解析度應在300DPI以上。作品圖片為JPG格式，不應標注任何文字信息，圖片電子文件應按作者姓名、作品名稱、規格、材料格式命名；
  （5）新媒體藝術作品演示電子文件要求：視頻格式AVI、MOV、WMV，精度640DPI以上，演示文件為PPT、PDF格式，不應標注個人信息；
  （6）報送材料逾期將不被受理。
  5．參賽作品由評審委員會評選后，其結果由組委會負責通知入選作者，并在主辦方網站（雕塑在線www.diaosunet.com和深圳市新空間公共藝術研究院http://nspai.cn/）公布。
  6．本次大展將評出“優秀獎”30名。獲得“優秀獎”的作品須在12月17日前將立體實物作品運至指定地點，準備參展，逾期視為自動放棄。
  7．獲獎作品的實物或模型尺寸為40～80cm，（如有特殊尺寸可與主辦方聯系），硬質材料（易碎品將不予接收），國際標準箱包裝。
  1.Subject should consider the concept of“Art for all-area-advancing tourism”,your submissions should:
  (1)Sculpture for publicspace;
  (2)Architecture landscape,such as artistic architecture installation,gardening,waterscape,or landscape,etc;
  (3)Public facilities,such as artistic furniture,flowerpot,lights,signboards,playgrounds,etc;
  (4)Media Interaction art,such as interactive narrative,multimedia sand table,AR&VR,moving images,immersive experiences,etc.
  2.All participants must own the all copy right of their submission works,conveying the sense of creation,art,public,innovation,complement.
  3.All applications must be submitted online by 23:59,15th,November,2019(Beijing time)to our official email Newspace1207 163.com.with a completed Application form and relevant documents.The proposal file name must be formatted as the example below:Susan Smith_Application for the Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup
  4.Proposal file should:
  (1)be more than 2-3 pieces images and clearwork concept eachwork,which matching the images;
  (2)be 3 different views per work,the new media works be submitted in video clips or other documents which can demonstrate your qualifications;
  (3)complete the application form and other attachments;
  (4)be manuals to explain how to install the pieces if necessary;
  (5)include digital images,which the quality to be 300DPI or above in JPG format,without
  text about personal information.All image file names should be formatted like the example
  below:name_work title_specifications_materials.jpg.
  (6)All the new media works shall be submitted in PPT format.Videos should be in AVI,MOV,or WMV format for video(more than 640DPI each piece),PDF for images.No personal information inthe video.
  (7)anyLate submissions will not be accepted.
  5.After the selection process,the Committee will contact selected artists and make public announcement on websites:Sculpture Online at www.diaosunet.com and Shenzhen New Space Public Art Institute http://nspai.cn/.
  6.30 pieces of works will be selected as“Excellence Award”and have to be delivered the models to a designated address for exhibition by17th December.Any late comers will be treated as withdrawal.
  7.All winning designs model must meet 40-80cm in size,be made in hard materials and packaged by international standard.Anything made with fragile material will not be accepted and for any inquiries regarding to the size,please contact us.

  About the winning works
  針對第一階段方案征募的作品方案評選出“琵鷺杯·優秀獎”30名，獎金8000元/件（含稅），其作者將被邀請參加頒獎典禮暨學術論壇，受頒獎杯及榮譽證書；獲獎作品將在深圳市新空間公共藝術研究院展示至次年12月31日，以作商業項目落地義務推介，推介成功作品版權費用根據具體項目主辦方與作者另行洽談，如無意參加落地推介的，展覽結束后即退還作品。
  For 30 winning works,which named as“Excellence Award”,will be a awarded with 8000 RMB(with tax),an award cup,and a certificate per piece.Winners will be invited to attend the Annual Award Ceremony and Public Art Forum in Shenzhen.The winning artworks will also be displayed at the Shenzhen New Space Public Art Institute till the 31st December 31,2020 for potential business.If the piece is sold in real business,the main organizer(s)will make a decision with artist(s)on copy rights fees case by case.We will return your models after the Award Ceremony if no willing to be a real business.

  About the intellectual property
  1.應征作品的著作權受中國法律保護，最終獲得優秀獎并建設實施的藝術作品，除署名權以外的一切知識產權歸組織方與作者共同擁有。
  2．主辦方對包括本規則在內的本次征集活動的所有文件保留最終解釋權。任何與本次征集活動有關的未盡事宜，均由主辦方進一步制定相應規定或進行解釋。
  3．參展作品不得侵犯第三方的專利權、著作權、商標權、名譽權或其他任何合法權益，若出現糾紛責任自負。
  4．活動主辦單位有權對本次活動項目的作品匯編出版、發行以及進行公益宣傳的無償使用。
  1.Under the protection of Chinese law,the intellectual property of all‘“Excellence Award”’and real sculptures are co-owned by the organizers and the owner,except for the right of signature.
  2.The organizers reserve the right of final interpretation for all documents related to the Call for Submissions and they are responsible for any guiding principles and interpretations of any unfinished tasks related to the event.
  3.Participating artists must not breach the patent right,copyright,trademark right,reputation right,and and other legal rights of the Third Party.Otherwise,participants will be legally responsible for any consequences.
  4.The organizers have the right to compile,publish,and publicize the works at their own discretion for free.

  1．所有入選“優秀獎”的作品，其參展的往返運輸費用由主辦方承擔。（國外作品關稅自理）
  2．所有獲獎作品的作者將受邀出席2019第三屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術優秀作品展頒獎典禮暨公共藝術學術論壇，組織方將為其提供與會期間的食宿，團隊獲獎請派一名代表參加。
  3.對入選本次活動的獲獎人才，主辦方會根據深圳龍崗人才政策優先引進。
  4．本次活動新聞發布權和對相關問題的解釋權歸主辦方。
  1.All transportation fees for the exhibition are paid by the organizers(Customs duties paid by artists if necessary).
  2.All accommodation and meals during 2019 the 3rd Shenzhen"Spoonbill Cup”Public Art Awards Opening Ceremony and Forum will be paid by the organizer for all participating winners.If the winner is a team,the lead artist will be invited.
  3.All winning artists will be prioritized in the introduction to the Shenzhen Longgang Talent Policy.
  4.All right for interpretation for all PR activities will be reserved for the organizers.
