中國國際海報(bào)雙年展(CIPB)于2003年創(chuàng)辦于中國杭州西子湖畔，是中國最高規(guī)格的海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)競賽，也是國際平面設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域備受關(guān)注的海報(bào)類競賽和展覽之一。迄今為止，共收到來自全球四十多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)累積超過數(shù)萬件的海報(bào)作品。
  海報(bào)是一種超越語言的媒介，它映射出當(dāng)下時(shí)代的觀念、審美和思潮的現(xiàn)狀，記錄了不同地域的設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)社會(huì)、文化、環(huán)境等現(xiàn)象的思考，包羅萬象的作品，也記錄著一個(gè)時(shí)代的發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造著一個(gè)時(shí)期的視覺歷史。時(shí)間瞬變，我們期待更多元、更開放和更具革新精神的海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)作品。
  第十二屆中國國際海報(bào)雙年展將于2025年10月在中國杭州舉辦，由中國美術(shù)學(xué)院與浙江省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主辦，中國美術(shù)學(xué)院視覺傳播學(xué)院、浙江省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)平面設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)委員會(huì)、中國國際設(shè)計(jì)博物館和BAC藝術(shù)社區(qū)共同承辦，旨在呈現(xiàn)全球海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)的多元發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新探索，以此推動(dòng)國際平面設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域間的文化交流與互鑒。

  投稿作品以組委會(huì)收到實(shí)物件海報(bào)視為報(bào)名成功。

  a.參賽電子作品提交后，需同步郵寄作品實(shí)物至組委會(huì)官方收件地址（郵寄地址見06)。
  b.作品表現(xiàn)形式不限，實(shí)物海報(bào)須由膠版印刷、絲網(wǎng)印刷或數(shù)碼印刷完成。作品上傳接受動(dòng)態(tài)海報(bào)形式。
  c.作品尺寸：不小于36.4cmX51.5cm；不大于120cmX180cm。
  d.每人參賽作品數(shù)量不限，系列作品按單件計(jì)(一個(gè)系列作品視為一個(gè)單件作品記數(shù))。
  e.第十二屆中國國際海報(bào)雙年展參賽作品須是2023年1月1日以后創(chuàng)作的作品。
  f.為了避免參賽作品在郵寄途中遭損壞，建議采取安全包裝方法。組委會(huì)對(duì)在郵寄途中遭到損壞或遺失的作品概不負(fù)責(zé)。
  g.所有參賽作品都必須以“無商業(yè)價(jià)值印刷品”的形式寄達(dá)。組委會(huì)將不接受任何在郵寄稅證或郵寄發(fā)票中寫入商業(yè)標(biāo)價(jià)的參賽作品。
  提交方式參賽者需先登陸中國國際海報(bào)雙年展官方網(wǎng)站作品上傳平臺(tái)進(jìn)行線上報(bào)名，按照要求注冊(cè)帳號(hào)，填寫個(gè)人信息，具體流程如下：
  a.登錄賽事官方網(wǎng)站首頁(www.cipb.org)，點(diǎn)擊上傳作品，注冊(cè)賬號(hào)后進(jìn)入報(bào)名上傳系統(tǒng)；
  b.按照提示填寫作品相關(guān)信息并上傳作品電子文件；
  c.作品提交后，即可在個(gè)人中心下載作品背簽，粘貼至實(shí)物海報(bào)背面及郵寄包裹正面；
  d.在作品郵寄界面上傳郵寄單號(hào)及郵寄照片，組委會(huì)收到實(shí)物海報(bào)后報(bào)名成功；
  e.如需再次提交本人其他作品可重復(fù)以上操作即可；
  *參賽者可使用同一個(gè)賬號(hào)提交多份作品，無需重復(fù)注冊(cè)。
  提交要求
  a.作品上傳僅限JPG、GIF和MP4格式。圖片像素300dpi，圖像色彩模式為RGB，JPG和GIF文件大小不超過10M，MP4文件大小不超過30M，上傳成功的圖片和視頻均會(huì)在下方顯示，作品圖片必須上傳，最多上傳10張。
  a-1.作品上傳時(shí)第一張圖片為評(píng)審封面圖片，請(qǐng)擇優(yōu)設(shè)置。可拖動(dòng)作品進(jìn)行圖片展示排序。
  a-2.動(dòng)態(tài)海報(bào)上傳要求:僅限MP4格式。文件大小不超過30M，最多3個(gè)視頻。
  b.參賽作品背簽必須貼于作品背面右下角以及郵寄包裹正面(背簽可復(fù)印多張)。作品一旦入選展覽，參賽個(gè)人信息將錄用在《第十二屆中國國際海報(bào)雙年作品集》中。
  c.實(shí)物郵寄每件參賽的作品一式二份，無須裝裱。
  *所有參賽送交的作品恕不退還
  參賽作品必須為參賽者本人或團(tuán)隊(duì)的原創(chuàng)作品，如一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)參賽作品為抄襲他人創(chuàng)意、概念的行為，或作品發(fā)生版權(quán)、各類知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等糾紛，由作者自行承擔(dān)后果，一概與中國國際海報(bào)雙年展組委會(huì)無關(guān)，且組委會(huì)將取消其參賽資格與獲獎(jiǎng)資格。
  組委會(huì)擁有所有參賽作品的展覽、出版、宣傳、收藏、用于電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、平面或廣播媒體展示的權(quán)利。
  對(duì)本次活動(dòng)規(guī)則產(chǎn)生任何疑議，組委會(huì)保留最終解釋權(quán)。與本次活動(dòng)有關(guān)的任何未盡事宜，均由組委會(huì)進(jìn)一步規(guī)定規(guī)則并進(jìn)行解釋。

  2025 China International Poster Biennial
  Found in 2003 on the shores of the West Lake in Hangzhou,China,the China International Poster Biennial(CIPB)represents the national most prestigious poster design competition and has secured its position among the most coveted graphic design events.So far,the event has received tens of thousands of poster designs from over 40 countries and regions.
  As a medium that goes beyond language,a poster may mirror contemporary concepts,aesthetic standards,and ideological trends,and record what the designer thinks about society,culture and the environment.A variety of posters bear witness to the development of and constitute the visual history of the era when they occurred.As time flies,we are ready to welcome more diverse,more open,more revolutionary poster designs.
  The 12th CIPB will be held in Hangzhou,China in October 2025.This session of CIPB will be presented by China Academy of Art(CAA)and Zhejiang Artists Association(ZAA)and co-organized by the Visual Communication School of CAA,the Graphic Design Committee of ZAA,China Design Museum and Brita Art Community.It showcases designers’groundbreaking innovation and diversified approaches,fostering cross-cultural dialogue within the global graphic design community.

  a.After online submission,the physical work shall be mailed to the 2025 CIPB Organizing Committee(For the postal address,see 06).
  b.All formats accepted.Physical posters may be produced via o?set printing,screen printing or digital printing.Digital submissions also accept Motion poster formats.
  c.Size of poster:≥36.4cm×51.5cm,≤120cm×180cm.
  d.No limit on entries per participant.Series of works count as single entries(one series=one entry).
  e.Any work submitted to the 2025 CIPB shall be a work created after January 1,2023.
  f.Participants must securely package physical submissions to prevent transit damage.The 2025 CIPB Organizing Committee assumes no liability for damage during shipping.
  g.Every physical entry must be declared as“Print with No Commercial Value”for customs purposes.The 2025 CIPB Organizing Committee will reject any submission accompanied by commercial valuation documents.
  Ways of submission：
  Participants shall log in to the event’s official upload platform to complete the online registration.This requires creating an account and submitting personal information according to the following instructions below.
  a.Visit the home page of the official website of the event(www.cipb.org),click“Submit Entry”,create an account,and then log in to the submission system;
  b.Enter the required information of the work by following the prompts,and upload the work;
  c.After submission,download the back label of the work from your Personal Center and stick it on the reverse side of the physical poster and the exterior of the mailing package;
  d.Upload the tracking number and the shipping documentation via the submission interface.After the organizing committee receives the physical poster,the registration will be successful.
  e.To submit additional works,repeat the steps above.
  *A participant may use the same account to submit multiple works,
  unnecessary for repeated registration.
  Requirements for submission：
  a.Format requirements:JPG/GIF/MP4 only(300DPI RGB).Max 10MB for images/30MB for videos.1-10 uploads required.Preview available after upload.
  a-1.The first uploaded image will serve as the jury cover image—please select your best work for this position.You may reorder the display sequence by dragging images.
  a-2.Requirements for videos:Only MP4 format is accepted.Each video?le must not exceed 30MB in size,with a maximum of 3 videos allowed per entry.
  b.The entry back label must be affixed to the lower right corner on the reverse side of the work and the front of the mailing package(labels may be photocopied).If selected for exhibition,the participant's information will be published in the 12th China International Poster Biennial Catalog.
  c.For physical submissions,each entry must include two identical copies.No framing or mounting is required.
  *All submitted entries will not be returned.
  All submissions must be original creations by the participating individual or team.Once any plagiarism of creative content or concepts is identified,or the work is involved in any copyright or IPR dispute,the entrant assumes full legal responsibility and will be disqualified.The Organizing Committee bears no liability in such cases.
  The Organizing Committee retains the rights to exhibit,publish,promote,archive,and display all submitted works through any media channels including but not limited to television,digital platforms,print publications,and broadcast media.
  The Organizing Committee reserves the right of?nal interpretation of all competition rules.Any matters not covered herein shall be determined and interpreted at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
