吳淞江-蕰藻浜（蘇申內(nèi)港線）作為長(zhǎng)三角高等級(jí)航道網(wǎng)的重要組成部分，是深入貫徹黨的二十大精神、全面落實(shí)新發(fā)展理念、加快構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局、加快實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興的重要工程項(xiàng)目。受上海市規(guī)劃資源局、上海市交通委、上海市水務(wù)局和寶山區(qū)規(guī)劃資源局、嘉定區(qū)規(guī)劃資源局、青浦區(qū)規(guī)劃資源局的共同委托，上海國(guó)際招標(biāo)組織開(kāi)展了吳淞江-蕰藻浜航道工程和沿線地區(qū)總體空間設(shè)計(jì)方案征集工作。
As an important component of the high-level waterway network in the Yangtze River Delta,the Wusong River-Wenzaobang Waterway is a significant engineering project that deeply implements the spirit of the 20th of the CPC National Congress,comprehensively carries out the new development philosophy,accelerates the construction of new development paradigm,and accelerates the implementation of rural revitalization.Entrusted by the Shanghai Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission,Shanghai Water Authority,Baoshan District Planning and Resources Bureau,Jiading District Planning and Resources Bureau,and Qingpu District Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai International Tendering Co.Ltd.has carried out the International Solicitation of Overall Spatial Design Scheme along Wusong River-Wenzaobang Waterway Area.

4月14日，項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)，來(lái)自中國(guó)、美國(guó)、德國(guó)、英國(guó)、荷蘭等多個(gè)國(guó)家的頂尖設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢(shì)組成聯(lián)合體，集成聯(lián)創(chuàng)，力爭(zhēng)形成最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)成果。
The project has officially launched on 14th April,2023.Top design teams from China,the US,Germany,the UK,and the Netherlands combined their own advantages to form consortiums,integrating collaborative efforts and striving to present the best design results.

7月24日，項(xiàng)目最終方案評(píng)審會(huì)于上海設(shè)計(jì)中心南館木棉廳順利召開(kāi)，各設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)呈現(xiàn)了精彩多樣的設(shè)計(jì)成果，以三江匯流、運(yùn)河小鎮(zhèn)、萬(wàn)畝苗圃、漁人碼頭、外環(huán)林帶、蕰東樞紐、江楊市場(chǎng)、吳淞秀帶等特色節(jié)點(diǎn)深入開(kāi)展空間設(shè)計(jì)并提出分段指引，展現(xiàn)出了國(guó)際一流團(tuán)隊(duì)基本功扎實(shí)、規(guī)劃站位高、專(zhuān)業(yè)覆蓋廣的設(shè)計(jì)水平與素養(yǎng)，呈現(xiàn)出了有深度、有廣度、有創(chuàng)意的設(shè)計(jì)方案。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)到由唐子來(lái)教授領(lǐng)銜的7位來(lái)自規(guī)劃、景觀、建筑、水利等專(zhuān)業(yè)的資深專(zhuān)家共同組成的評(píng)審委員會(huì)為項(xiàng)目成果把關(guān)。
On 24th July,the final scheme review meeting was held in Shanghai Design Centre.Design teams presented exciting and diverse design results,with in-depth spatial design and segmented guidance at characteristic nodes such as the Three-River-Confluence,Canal Town,Acres of Nursery Garden,Fisherman's Wharf,Outer Ring Forest Belt,Wendong Hub,Jiangyang Market,Wusong Garden Belt,etc.,demonstrating the design level and literacy of international first-class team with solid basic skills,high planning foresight,and wide professional coverage,which has established in-depth,in-breadth and creative design solutions.A scheme review committee led by Professor TANG Zilai,consisting of seven senior experts from the fields of planning,landscape,architecture and water conservancy,was responsible for judging the design results.
