吳淞江-蕰藻浜（蘇申內港線）作為長三角高等級航道網的重要組成部分，是深入貫徹黨的二十大精神、全面落實新發展理念、加快構建新發展格局、加快實施鄉村振興的重要工程項目。受上海市規劃資源局、上海市交通委、上海市水務局和寶山區規劃資源局、嘉定區規劃資源局、青浦區規劃資源局的共同委托，上海國際招標組織開展了吳淞江-蕰藻浜航道工程和沿線地區總體空間設計方案征集工作。
As an important component of the high-level waterway network in the Yangtze River Delta,the Wusong River-Wenzaobang Waterway is a significant engineering project that deeply implements the spirit of the 20th of the CPC National Congress,comprehensively carries out the new development philosophy,accelerates the construction of new development paradigm,and accelerates the implementation of rural revitalization.Entrusted by the Shanghai Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission,Shanghai Water Authority,Baoshan District Planning and Resources Bureau,Jiading District Planning and Resources Bureau,and Qingpu District Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai International Tendering Co.Ltd.has carried out the International Solicitation of Overall Spatial Design Scheme along Wusong River-Wenzaobang Waterway Area.

4月14日，項目正式啟動，來自中國、美國、德國、英國、荷蘭等多個國家的頂尖設計團隊結合自身優勢組成聯合體，集成聯創，力爭形成最優設計成果。
The project has officially launched on 14th April,2023.Top design teams from China,the US,Germany,the UK,and the Netherlands combined their own advantages to form consortiums,integrating collaborative efforts and striving to present the best design results.

7月24日，項目最終方案評審會于上海設計中心南館木棉廳順利召開，各設計團隊呈現了精彩多樣的設計成果，以三江匯流、運河小鎮、萬畝苗圃、漁人碼頭、外環林帶、蕰東樞紐、江楊市場、吳淞秀帶等特色節點深入開展空間設計并提出分段指引，展現出了國際一流團隊基本功扎實、規劃站位高、專業覆蓋廣的設計水平與素養，呈現出了有深度、有廣度、有創意的設計方案。會議邀請到由唐子來教授領銜的7位來自規劃、景觀、建筑、水利等專業的資深專家共同組成的評審委員會為項目成果把關。
On 24th July,the final scheme review meeting was held in Shanghai Design Centre.Design teams presented exciting and diverse design results,with in-depth spatial design and segmented guidance at characteristic nodes such as the Three-River-Confluence,Canal Town,Acres of Nursery Garden,Fisherman's Wharf,Outer Ring Forest Belt,Wendong Hub,Jiangyang Market,Wusong Garden Belt,etc.,demonstrating the design level and literacy of international first-class team with solid basic skills,high planning foresight,and wide professional coverage,which has established in-depth,in-breadth and creative design solutions.A scheme review committee led by Professor TANG Zilai,consisting of seven senior experts from the fields of planning,landscape,architecture and water conservancy,was responsible for judging the design results.

The results have fully demonstrated the international perspective and standard,and have strategic significance in accelerating the"north-south transformation",promoting regional development transformation and urban renewal,overall improving the functions and quality of waterway areas,and implementing the 2035 Shanghai overall planning goals.It benefits to create a world-class waterfront construction benchmark in the new era,new philosophy,and new paradigm.
本次國際征集的方案成果將在今年10月下旬的《2023上海新城設計展》中面向公眾展出。期待大家的參與，共同見證吳淞江-蕰藻浜地區的發展和轉變！
