  Retrospect of final scheme review meeting
  黃浦滔滔東方港，江海相連世界航。黃浦江見證了上海的繁榮發展史。“三水交匯地區”位于閔行、奉賢交界處，黃浦江在此由東西向轉南北向，大治河、金匯港在此交匯，形成上海獨特的“三水八岸、十字水系”格局，具有特殊的區位優勢、空間格局、生態價值和發展潛力。受上海市規劃資源局、上海市水務局和閔行區規劃資源局、奉賢區規劃資源局的共同委托，上海國際招標組織開展了黃浦江-大治河-金匯港三水交匯灣區周邊地區空間設計概念方案國際征集工作。
  The Huangpu River has witnessed the prosperity and development history of Shanghai.The"Three-Water Intersection Bay Area"is located at the junction of Minhang District and Fengxian District,where the Huangpu River turns,The Dazhi River and Jinhui Port intersects,and the unique"Three Rivers,Eight Banks,Cross River System"pattern forms,which has distinct geographical advantages,spatial patterns,ecological value,and development potential.Entrusted by the Shanghai Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai Water Authority,Minhang District Planning and Resources Bureau,and Fengxian District Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai International Tendering Co.,Ltd has carried out an international solicitation for Spatial Design for the Surrounding Area of the Three-Water Intersection Bay Area.

  4月17日，項目正式啟動，來自中國、美國、德國、法國、荷蘭等多個國家的頂尖設計團隊結合自身優勢組成聯合體，集成聯創，力爭形成最優設計成果。
  The project has officially launched on 17th April,2023.Top design teams from China,the US,Germany,France,and the Netherlands combined their own advantages to form consortiums,integrating collaborative efforts and striving to present the best design results.

  7月26日，項目最終方案評審會于上海設計中心南館木棉廳順利召開，各設計團隊堅持世界眼光、國際標準、海派特色、高點定位，圍繞“一江一河”發展“十四五”規劃，積極探索上海南部濱水空間發展潛力，結合基地生態和資源稟賦，提出具有前瞻性、科學性、可行性的分區、分層、分期開發實施策略和建議，呈現出有深度、有廣度、有創意的設計方案。會議邀請到由唐子來教授領銜的7位來自規劃、景觀、建筑、水利等專業的資深專家共同組成的評審委員會為項目成果把關。

  On 26th July,the final scheme review meeting was held in Shanghai Design Centre.Design teams adhered to a global perspective,international standards,Shanghai-style characteristics,and high-level positioning,and actively explored the development potential of the southern waterfront space in Shanghai based on the"Huangpu River,Suzhou Creek"development in 14th Five-Year Plan.Combining the ecological and resource endowment of the area,they proposed forward-looking,scientific,and feasible implementation strategies and suggestions for zoning,layering,and phased development,presenting a deep,broad,and creative design scheme.A scheme review committee led by Professor TANG Zilai,consisting of seven senior experts from the fields of planning,landscape,architecture and water conservancy,was responsible for judging the design results.
